I have been in the Human Resources profession for close to twenty years, having worked in large institutions in consulting, public service, and financial services. With several achievements under my belt, and having been through a tremendous life journey, people development and overcoming adversity remains a passion. I have been coaching others for a number of years and have attained a Master in Management in Business and Executive Coaching, amongst other qualifications.
Having worked with individuals and senior managers and executives, I am inspired by change in others and am amazed continuously by the human spirit.
When I am not in office corridors, I listen to the most unholy hip hop music and get my hands dirty with some gardening. Lessons drawn from taking care of my little green babies are patience, food, sun, water and just being. Let’s embrace life with all its quirks.
